About Atomface Tech
Atomface Tech, spin-off from Peking University and the Beijing Graphene Institute, is an innovative enterprise focusing on the application of graphene and 2D materials and their devices. We are dedicated to the preparation of large-area, suspended graphene films, solving the self-support problem of 2D materials, and promoting the large-scale application of high-mobility two-dimensional materials in life sciences, sensing, and optoelectronic devices.
We apply single-layer graphene films and wafer materials to precision devices in life sciences, aerospace, and optoelectronic sensing, fully leveraging the extreme size advantages of two-dimensional materials like graphene to provide users with integrated solutions encompassing materials, devices, and services. In the future, we will focus on suspended graphene materials, initially concentrating on cryo-EM grids, and gradually developing novel graphene devices including high-temperature pressure sensors and infrared radiation emitters etc.

Quality Raw Materials, Quality Products
Each batch of graphene film undergoes rigorous pre-screening using optical microscopy and Raman spectroscopy to verify its monolayer integrity, low defect density, and uniform thickness. The transfer process onto the designated support mesh (e.g., Cu, Au, or Quantifoil) is performed in a certified cleanroom environment to minimize particulate and organic contamination.
Each production batch of monolayer graphene grids undergoes random sampling inspection using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to ensure graphene coverage .
All products are packaged in vacuum shock-absorbent containers to prevent damage during transportation.
